Pan Peninsula is the key focus for the Millennium Quarter Master Plan in the Docklands, adjacent to Canary Wharf. The riverside development comprises two residential towers linked by a multi-purpose podium. The towers feature 762 luxury apartments with dramatic views over east London. The project is the tallest residential development in Europe.
Pan Peninsula consists of two towers - the taller one is 147 metres and 48 storeys, surpassing the towers of the Barbican Estate and 13th tallest building in London (as of November 2010). The shorter building is 122 metres and 38 storeys high.
The West Tower contains 430 units, while the East Tower houses 356 units. Residents living on premier floors (e.g. 31st and above in the East Tower) have exclusive access to the Sky Lounge, located on the 31st floor of the East Tower. The Sky Lounge provides a place where residents can relax, hold meetings and conferences, or host events. Residents also have access to a Business Centre with meeting room, conference room facilities and a library, all with free Wi-Fi access for residents.
